M&M Reiki

After filling in the assessment forms & a brief consultation you are invited to either sit or lay on the therapy bed, you are always fully clothed but we do ask that you take your shoes off. Reiki is then given by gently placing or holding our hands over your body, in a sequence of position including your head, torso & limbs, for a few minutes at a time. As we place our hands on/over each position, energy is channelled to activate the natural healing processes. When we sense that the energy has stopped flowing we move on to the next area, this may vary from person to person or session to session. You may feel a sensation of Heat, Tingling, Coolness or nothing at all as Reiki is given, everyone will experience Reiki differently. You may also feel a sense of total relaxation, calmness, fall asleep or feel energized as the natural healing takes place there is no right or wrong as it is unique to you. 

Sarah & Vicky are both qualified Reiki Master Practitioners/Teachers & members of The Reiki Association, we are also registered with the CNHC as verified Reiki Practitioners. We offer Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho Healing Sessions in a peaceful environment, with soothing music to encourage relaxation. Each session is unique to you & may differ from person to person or session to session. The Reiki takes place in our dedicated treatment room so you must be able to travel to us in Rose Green just on the outskirts of Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Please note there are two cats but they are not allowed in our dedicated  Reiki room.
